Carly is a blue and white camper van with a pop-up roof, who lives in a valley between the borders of England and Wales. She lives at the side of a small stone cottage with her long-suffering owner Nev and Percy, the not-particularly-nice cat who is always up to mischief.

In common with people, every vehicle has its own personality, and as they get older they learn to talk to each other. Unfortunately Carly is quite naughty at times which often gets Nev, her owner into trouble, which you will see from the stories.

At the end of the day, Nev and Carly are very fond of each other, and Carly is not really that badly behaved. Not as badly behaved as Percy, anyway.
